Good food and interesting basement location. Nice restaurant to eat at in the food desert of this area. Only viable option outside of a hotel restaurant. Low ceilings and smoking inside so be prepared. Hummus is outstanding. Accepts credit cards.

Once you have found the place, you walk down and enter a beautiful cavernous space. In the entrance there is a bulky fountain that has pride of place. To the left is some lovely seating with coloured crockery on the shelves. To the right, there is lots more seating. Some tables have a lazy Susan so that you can have group sharing which is perfect. The ambiance is wonderful with lovely intricate decor features in the lights and ornamental touches around. The food was delicious. I had appetizers only due to dietary requirements but I was not disappointed. My friend is had a mixture of appetizers and main meals. Everything was presented lovely and cooked really well. Very surprising place, would highly recommend and would love to go back. Service was excellent too.

Taboula is one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Cairo. Usually, the golden end of any Cairo visit brings me here. The romantic atmosphere welcomes a date with a special person, as well as makes for a great background for any business diner. The food is an extraordinary quality choice of Lebanese dishes with favorites as smoked eggplants or steak dices with pomegranate sauce.

Very good lebanese restaurant in town Authentic dishes (except the sweets I say). I recommend to try Hummus, Kobbeh, Tabbouleh

Honestly, I have quite a few experiences about Lebanese food. But as far as I tried this place, it was an incredible meal. We had fried calamari, beef kebab, aleppo olives, and mfarrakeh. If you have a long day without any specific restaurant. Why don't you give it a whirl?
