I have bad experience with them on previous project (Sundry Tower ) unhonest and Non-obligated company with their customers they told us we will be at a compound but we found that tower gate at the street like below pictures

Strategic location. Just minutes from any facilities around the complex. Americana Plaza, Point 90, AUC Campus, etc. Look like to be a good residential place for urban people with interesting facilities and equipments.
Looks like this site is going to be a very nice residential place. You would be lucky to get your own apartment there.
Nice location. Even for the limited number of apartments. Some Sales staff was very ageessive and hostile .
The place location is very nice , beside AUC campus & Mostaqbal university & it will have many facilities , with wide choice of different apartments & villas
Excellent location, excellent Appartement & landscape design, the master plan is awesome but the developing company needs to be more professional regarding the schedules & customer service
