I went to change the Oil seal of the CV joint and Oil Gasket and oil pan. It took them 12 hours to finish this job and God knows how much I suffered with their labor as I stayed with them every minute while they were doing the job. They are very clumsy, wasting so much time in looking for tools and disappearing, and not being careful while dissembling the suspension system. They left the breaks caliper hanging by its hose until I told them that this is wrong. The engineer assigned to my car seems was not in the mood to explain or even inspect the car as he should have. I was the one who told him about areas of oil leaks from under the car and when they broke a piece while installing the front differential I was the one who noticed it. When I complained about this engineer they brought another one who told me that even thought you car’s manufacturer recommends 4.7 L of oil engine you should add 6L, and he wanted to add normal water into the radiator instead of the recommended coolant. What is worse is that everything they did was broken again while I was traveling with me car. I cancelled my trip because the Oil seal is leaking oil again and what is worse, the extra engine oil that he recommended to add probably broke the crankshaft’s oil seal which was not leaking before, and now I have to take out the transmission to fix this redo the CV axle oil seal..God knows that this is last time I go to that place... The only good thing about this place is Eng Ahmed El Selmy himself but unfortunately he is not involved with every client because he is busy of course.
They are good but the guys seem exhausted sometimes, you can stay long tome with nothing finished
