This place serves BMW cars. Reception area is wide enough and well conditioned. People are generally good and helpful. However the service take unexpectedly long time. This is unexplained and they should work on this issue or they will keep on wasting our time.
1- Awful service. 2- Poor communication 3- Late deliveries
Very slow service and the staff has an unnecessary sense of entitlement. Not to mention the fact that they don't have a decent parking for the cars worthy of the BMW logo. Overall, great car, terrible dealership
