They have a selection of ice cream flavors and most of them are quite traditional. Nothing is unconventional about it, does not really stand out from the competition. Moreover, the seating area is pretty much tiny.

Delivery is disaster.. I ordered through CC for more than 2 hours and nothing delivered and CC isn't receiving calls after 10 PM !!?
Insane flavors to be honest, I've tried the berry yogurt, lemon ginger and the awesome taste of strawberry, i'm a big fan of berries family by the way. The sprinkles biscuit is something you have to try as well, once I tried the waffle but it didn't worked with me (I didn't like it) but overall I like their ice cream
It's a shame the ice cream is delicious yet the customer service is HORRIBLE. The tall young man behind the counter behaved as if he was annoyed that we were ording ice cream. I do not speak Arabic yet the body language and attitude was not welcoming AT ALL. This was the coldstone on the 1st level of City Stars in Cairo 8/26 around 7pm. This is not the customer service I know of Cold Stone in the USA!
I love how their ice creams taste like! They are so amazing and unique. I couldn't finish this little one myself I needed my friend to come and help me. I'm only giving it 4 stars cause the prices are quite expensive there, yet it is worthy. Moreover, the service there is excellent, they are always smiling and offering help to anyone, from the best ice cream shops I've tried so far.
