I currently live here.. compound is nice .. feels safe .. my main issue is with the constant new expenses that come part of staying in a compound.. for example installing water meters.. maintenance service fees.. Landscaping around the compound needs work..as does the mosquito problem !!!! but otherwise a nice place to live if you want somewhere smallish..
