Today I had a horrible experience with one of the employees. He acts in the same vile and impolite way every time. Today, he wasn't just rude, he also filed my papers after a different name. This will can cause me trouble. I'm won't be saying everyone is incompetent, but people like him are who are making it the most inefficient establishment in Egypt.

Most desks were out of service, the place's cramped up and tiny at the sametime and the services are not up to standards but the interior design is good I must say.
