Very overpriced considering the amount and type of food. I once ordered pasta with shrimp, they literally forgot to add the shrimp to the plate.
I've eaten here twice, once in Ramadan, and also yesterday. I've eaten at Macaroni Grill in the US also and don't expect a location in Egypt to be exactly the same because their tastes even vary from city to city in the US so imagine from one country to another, although that shouldn't be the case at a chain. And the food at this location leaves a lot to be desired. The taste and textures of the food are bad. It comes over cooked, under-cooked, under-mixed...under-flavored. Yesterday we could see the staff observe as we ate our dinner and obviously not enjoying it. A manager came by and asked us how everything was and my husband told him it wasn't good, but he did nothing about it. We won't be returning.
