Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the owner. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Cairo that much better.

I am Kareem I am from Yemen. I give this place 5 stars because there is no more stars to give. First thing is safety and the area of the hotel is very safe, and that is very important. I stayed in this hotel for 10 days and I would like to thank the team there Mr.Ahmed for bringing such a nice place to reality, and Mr. Ismail for the great work keeping this place clean and functional. This hotel is small in size but it's a 5 star in its services. It's very quite, and it locates in a quite area. Every unit has a kitchen that has what you need to make your stay comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable, baths also very clean and there is hot water all the time. Heating and cooling rooms works properly. Fast internet. Cameras in common areas. It's a place that is better than it's pictures. Sadly I had to move out 5 days before I leave the country because of other reservations that booked all the rooms before I confirm my extra 5 days. Now I am in a place that is not as good as THE STAY , I got cold the first night here because the heater is not working properly. mattress is old, blanket is thin and very ordinary, no kitchen in the room only a small fridge, no couch only one hard chair, dead pillows, bad internet, and I only could sleep for 4 hours because the room was too cold and blanket was too thin, and guess what.. I am paying the same as what I was paying at THE STAY HOTEL ! I had no other choice. I will absolutely stay in THE STAY HOTEL again if I come to egypt again, and I absolutely recommend THE STAY HOTEL for people from Yemen and the rest of the world. All the best for Mr. Ahmed, and Mr. Ismail and I hope this place expands in the same building keeping the same qualities. Note: I left my recommendation with Mr. Ismail to make this place even better. All the best
