Cozy place. I've been only in the jamming room, didn't walk around to see the rest of the place. The studio is a little bit small, but has some good gears, amps, drums, microphones, and nice seatings. The amps: 1- Orange, I think it's about 30 watts 2- Peavy, around a 100 watts, US made. 3- big nice sounding bass amp
