This is what they did to that poor dog. He only went there for a shower because he had Ticks, he came back with food poison and his back looking like this. When went to pick up the dog, he wasn't even in the clinic. We found him on the street. When we confronted them, they said he slipped and the door man was paying attention. Imagine if a car had hit him or even got completely lost. I have seen bad vets, and really bad vets, but this is by far the worst. They shouldn't be allowed near any living organism.

Dr. Hany and his team are more than professional and very experienced. I went with a stray kitten who is almost dying. The kitten received full attention and care like any other owned pets. Dr. Hany listened to me and answered all my questions. He provided me with all the information and help I need with a decent smile. I even got a phone consultation before I go, and this was my first time to call the center. I highly recommend Grand Vet to anyone.

We went to get our new kitten checked, before getting her home. Dr Hany and his assistant checked her, groomed her, and told me all the details on how to handle her transition from shop to home, and all about feeding and our next visit. Thanks a lot for your help and time.

Dr Hany and Dr Hala are a fantastic team! Dr Hany reacted to an emergency situation with my cat and responded around the clock for a week and made several house calls, also checking in with us several times a day. He explained everything that was happening and what we could do, and he did it with such care and compassion, my Habibi was very comfortable with him We also visited the clinics in Rehab and Tagamoa3 and had excellent service and care, even down to the assistants who were very gentle and loving. I can’t fault them for their knowledge, care and professionalism and for their quick responses that saved his life. Happy and grateful to have them as my trusted vets.
