Closes at 7 pm. Go early as you can to enjoy the whole day there. You can hit the place without reservation but you should call them to be sure it is not crowded to do that. It is better to order the diner early because it is huge plate and it takes from 1 hr to 3 hr and half to be done.

This place is just magical. The architectural design of the castle alone is breathtaking. You can enjoy a view of the extra class while enjoying delicious food. When it comes to drinks, there is also a colorful and tasty selection. The beautiful pool has a pleasant temperature and offers great refreshment. Thank you very much for the wonderful evening that my friends and me had at Castle Zaman, the good service and the really good food and drinks. We will definitely come back!

The place is excellent and the view is magical. you need to book in advance. You can arrive earlier to enjoy the pool but drinks arent allowed by the pool (only water). the price paid doesnt include the drinks. The food was excellent, I highly recommend it. There is a beach area too but it will be difficult to access it without a car.

The place is very small, a tiny pool with freezing water and no chairs or anything to sit on around the pool. The staff are rude and not friendly. It is only good as restaurant but very overpriced. It is not to spend the whole day or have any activities to be done. Very bad experience. Not worth it.

Quirky but absolutely amazing place. We had the salmon for two, which was enough to feed a family and was delicious, with salad and (we think) quinoa made with vegetables. It was delicious. The pool is literally the best I've ever floated about in. Not chlorinated but exceptionally clean. The view is fabulous. The service was excellent. They have strict rules: no kids; no clothes in the pool; no drinks, apart from water, in the pool area. This was all fine with us. The only downside (but not enough of one to lose a star and we're pool day aficionados) is that they don't have loungers by the pool. There is nowhere to lounge. Basically sitting, eating and swimming. But, nonetheless, an excellent pool, food and service experience.

Quite calm relaxation place where everything is exactly perfect colors of the sky, pool, sea green plants even the rocks is just amazing stuff is too professional and friendly they have really cool wood furniture too, food was amazing but for me the lamp was a little bit heavy or maybe I was eating too much I was there end if November but I think it will be much much more better in summer time as I was not able to get inside the pool or the sea but we enjoyed the sauna only a small hint to go to the beach it will take like 15 minutes because the castle itself is higher than the sea level

Beautiful castle on top of a mountain. The manager, Lucy is a very friendly and helpful person who even gave us advice on things to do in both Sinai and Cairo. The food was very good. The sauna could have been bigger but was also ok. The pool was freezing as i visited in January but a dive in that pool after the sauna is amazing.
