You need to know exactly what you need before xou buy from there .. they will not give you right information about the products .. and zero explanation .. i bought a AC and i found out after they instal it that its not what i mean it to buy i came back after one hour to ask to change and pay the diffrunce they didnt want and they wanted me to pay 600egp mpre if i want to change and they said that its used now .. bad experience for me لا يوجد شرح حقيقي و وافى قبل الشراء
