I avoid visiting in the afternoons/evenings since I've found the male pharmacists to be scattered and unprofessional. The service can be quite impersonal, treating customers like cattle in an assembly line. Refreshingly, during the day the female pharmacists and female staff are calmer and more professional in their customer service. I was approached with a "is there something I can help you with?" which is great customer service sorely lacking in many retail shops across Cairo. So barring an emergency, I'd visit before noon.

التعامل سئ جداااا من العاملين ،غير كفؤ، والكاشير بيغالط فالحساب ومبيديش ايصال غير لو طلبت، ومره نسيو يدوني دواء واكتشفت بالصدفه لما رجعت اخد الريسيت ولقيته ناقص وليا باقي كمان، الصيدلي قالي نسيت اقولك انه مش موجود وتيجي تاخده فاي وقت بعدين، قمه الامبالاه ده غير التأخير فصرف الدواء
