So poor service, so much efforts to replace my lost ID.
Extremely slow lines, not enough civil workers, not recommend if not necessary.

اسوا تعامل مع الجمهور. مافيش ابسط طرق احترام الناس. و الرد بيبقى بأسلوب غير لائق لناس معظمهم كبار في السن.
جميع الموظفات اخلاقهم وذوقهم عالى جدا ولم أجد منهم الا الاحترام وكل الشكر والتقدير لهم
يحتاج إلي أكثر من شباك واكثر من موظف للتعامل مع الجمهور
