Ordered a prototype that came out with unacceptable defects. The courier service used does not allow for returning the package if it was open, and to inspect the print one has to open. Ended up having to pay for a print I would have otherwise refused to receive, in faith that a solution can be found with Etba3ly 3D. However, their number is unreachable for over a week from the writing of this review, and they do not return my emails. Very dissatisfied. If you don't care about print quality or unprofessional service/results, go ahead. Otherwise, I suggest employing the service of some other 3D Printing fab.
