My friend and I visited the Fayoum Art Center for a photography workshop. It was the first time we went to this village and we were truly amazed by the whole area. The Art center itself is truly a lovely place, inspiring and rejuvenating. As artistic souls, we really appreciated the time spent there. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit the place, especially if you are a creative person.

We stayed here for more than a week and it was such an amazing holiday. Everyone could enjoy their interests. Art, playground, delicious breakfast, cozy sitting areas and great coffee and tea. We will come again! Totally recommend!
The center is located in a beautiful place in Fayoum and is definitely worth a visit. It is not only a beautiful place for art lovers, but also just worth a visit to eat a delicious piece of cake and drink a tea, coffee or juice. Children have enough space to run around, a small playground and a trampoline are also on site. In the evening there are also fireplaces to make a campfire and end the day by the fire. Accommodation which is clean and compared to other accommodations is also available. The breakfast is also included and is a good start to the day. Who is on site, should definitely take a look :-)

I went to visit the museum of caricature and I benefited of some explanations too as I have no background related to this type of art, so I enriched my knowledge: yay! I was welcomed with enthusiasm and this is something that makes the Fayoum people so special.
It was a pretty amusing experience. We enjoyed spending time there. Probably they need a larger collection so that you would spend more time there. It is one of the landmarks of Tunis Village in fayoum. You should go there.
The place is amazing and done with lots of love. Caricatures that recite the history of Egypt, a lovely kids area and nice coffee and homemade bakery during weekends.
