Very good gym. Clean with nice staff. Great for resistance training, every thing you could want. Quality Techno Gym equipment. Had shower facilities, sauna and hot tub. For day use of gym only 100 EGP.

This gym is very decent. They have great equipment. Very good coachs that give you instructions and you can also pay extra for private sessions. It's monthly subscription is 700 LE that includes 2 Private sessions. They also have a sauna, jacuzzi and a steam room. Also the gym's vibe is very energetic and motivative. So i suggest if you're close you should go for it.

Decent gym with excellent facilities and coaches, but a bit expensive in light of its area and size. But yet its the best in the area.

Very well equipped Gym however prices are very very expensive compered to similar places in the area, however i have to say that they are the first to operate there but it's still not an excuse for over pricing
