Instead of being a tourist always on the move, you can choose to stay a while in an apartment like this on the West Bank in Luxor. We were hosted for lunch here by some friends who stayed about 6 weeks and have already booked for 3 months next year.

This is tbe best place to stay if you want to enjoy the historic sites or just relax by tbe pool. Run by an English/Egyptian couple Jane and Mahmoud, who are very friendly and helpful. They will ensure your stay is the most enjoyable and relaxing experience. Which will make you wabt to return, as I and my family have done for five times. Food and trips can be arranged. All I can say is this is tbe perfect place to stay and relax or see all the historic sites Luxor has to offer
Only looking at pictures and price but be careful where and what you choose as can differ greatly, flats single storey start at 82 K.
