You have to review the contracts before sign many times, there's many tricks because they going to use it against you, also the owner Ahmed Sliem is untrustworthy, he can give as much promises just to get rid of you, highly recommend not to deal unless the unit is 100% ready for delivery, I've a penthouse unit at Primavera compound (which is not a compound at all, just a 9 buildings with no walls), the delivery supposed to be Las year and yet It still not done, they have dropped our units to his partner which is EBAL Co. Without informing the units owners, tried contacting Ahmed Sliem and he's not responding at all, it's one of the most untrustworthy firms in the real estate industry.
