Very terrible customer experience I am talking about the sales person specific as he supposed to be the most welcoming person to the service sadly i was not having other option to use the service to the need i had with my car tire however avoid if it’s no emergency

I have been their for changing my car battery as it was dead unfortunately on sunday, most of the car service centers usually closes on sune day, but thank good it was open and could replace my battery. Prices are moderate same as every were. The waiting area is comfortable and air-conditioned, The service time is reasonable. The problem was that their network was down so I couldn't know the prices of some Tyers I am looking forward to buy. Customer service is good they called later to make sure that I was served properly.

اكبر نصابين علشان اركب بطارية Varta جافة و في اخر يوم في الضمان اكتشف ان البطارية باظت و ارجعلهم يقولي اصل انت معملتش صيانة و معلش مش هنغيرها تبع الضمان، اهو هو ده غطاطي اللي مغلي اسعارة على الفاضي و للاسف اي كلام

الناس اللي شغالة في فرع شل اوت الموجود عند مدخل بالم هيلز ومول الصفوه مش محترمهين وكنت هعمل معاهم مشكلة بتاريخ 17/12/2020 اسلوبهم في الكلام مش محترم الناس اللي ذي دي يسيئو للمكان فياريت تتخذو اجراء ضدهم
