On my 9th visit to this place I had came in with a friend who has never had a massage before with a voucher which I paid 2 months ago which I was told I could redeem within a year. I was told on the day that it had expired so I tried to explain to them what I was told but they refused to accept the voucher. I was offered no compensation, no discount, nothing. Even though I came during a time when they had no customers or any business going on. That day they lost two customers. A loyal one and a new one who lived very close and was willing to make it a regular visit. We left and went to the place next door called AG Spa. A much better service overall.
