Generally speaking nothing was wrong with the spa; friendly staff and relaxing environment But the quality of the facial was not that great, i just wanted a basic facial to remove blackheads and that didnt happen because they just put products in your face without the use of any tools So after my session ALL the blackheads waa there

Owner and staff was really nice, very service oriented. Ambience and decor was great. Facial was just ok, I don’t understand the reviews that say it was the best facial ever. The products being used are organic and high grade but the quality of facial was nowhere what I am used to. Also, I think it’s overpriced. I paid 1500 Egyptian (84 USD), which for a facial in Cairo is super expensive. I think I got a special “double facial” because I walked in with a sunburn and asked for special care. Overall, it was better than nothing, I enjoyed it and my skin felt and looked a bit better - but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a quality facial. For instance, the massaging of the face was amateur-ish. Basically, I had some high quality products lathered on my face but that’s about it. The head massage, which was performed by an assistant was unexpectedly good though. You can easily get better facial for less money elsewhere in Cairo.
