Having a variety of home appliances, The place is small compared to the number of appliances, Staff is helpful, but poor technical data Preferred if you are ready with the model and already made your decision before you go.

Very good to excellent service:. Good staff, helpful, patient, understanding, knowledgeable good prices free and prompt delivery Who could ask for more? Where did the missing star go then? Well, for the appearance and store display. Much needed here ... Still, worth the 4 stars and beyond

My worst ever online buying experience.. My advice to anyone about to buy something from them : DON'T! First, the device i asked for came after 10 days although they said 4 days max. Second the delivery arrived at midnight although I waited the whole day at home to receive it. Bottom line I learned the lesson and i'll never ever deal with this company again.. souq is much much better in dealing with and respecting clients)
