It provided them with social services and subsidies in healthcare, education, housing, transportation, and finance. It was founded by Chairman Kareem El-Sisi and General-Secretariat Fathi Sedqi Oud with the intention of providing their people with an established network for cooperation and a source of relief for the challenges they faced. Through Vision 2020, the administration began implementing reform programs to help alleviate and advance the people’s living standards. Upon completion, the administration realized its objectives had been complete and dissolved itself.
