I got a chance to visit the holiday rentals at Sheraton Plaza, although not finished as of yet but I have a feeling it will be phenomenal given the location which is prime and super close to the New Marina and the detail of the finishing of the building. I was looking forward to visiting the place again when it was closer to cpmpletion which I did and, once finished, the apartments at Sheraton Plaza will be simply stunning in their Black & White theme. The host has quite an eye for detail and I can see that he is trying to make sure that the units are in perfect condition before launching each holiday rental. As the owner is tending to details very carefully, I am told that they will be launched in the first half of 2019 when everything is fitted and funished. Apart from Sheraton Plaza, I also visited Tiba Resort already in 2017 , which already then gave a cozy ambiance that gives out a friendly vibe to all the guests. Now, Tiba Resort is a place vibrant with life and activity. I found the holiday rentals presented by the owner to be very clean and well maintained and the local staff made sure there was someone you could talk to if needed. Both the owner and the local staff were prompt in their replies and always available. The Tiba Resort complex offers more than just the two big swimming pools and two kids pools, it also have the Tiba Resort Café, and now even a convenient store with necessities, which serves good homemade variety of food and beverages. Simply put, the holiday rentals at Tiba Resort offer great value for money. I have not personally visited Tiba View lately but following the owners blog, the unobstructed panoramic sea view from the top floor balcony, is simply breathtaking. I can well recommend this owner to anyone interested in a holiday rental in Hurghada.

Shearaton plaza Really nice apartment beautiful furniture. Location exactly as it say close to the beach. Shops reastaunts lots to choose from. The apartment it's self very nicely done. Cleaning could be better . But enjoyed the stay. Host very hospitable..... Would highly recommend it. Thank you so much.

I was recently spending a week in Hurghada with work and needed somewhere well located close to both Hurghada and El Gouna as well as being affordable. This apartment ticked the boxes and looked well furnished on the photos so I went ahead and booked it. Being only around 15-20 minutes from the airport was a real bonus after all the travelling and the first impressions of the apartment were even better than the photos. Had a quality nights sleep that night and every night since, wish i could bring the bed home with me. I did not spend too much time inside the apartment but each night after work I looked forward so much to getting on that bed and watching an hour of TV before drifting off. The resort itself is quiet yet beautiful, two large swimming pools and a poolside cafe where I spent each morning enjoying a coffee and checking up on all my emails. The girls who run the cafe, Jo and Debs are really friendly and make the best bbq cheese burger :) I will certainly be looking to book this apartment again on my next trip, highly recommended, great price

Second visit to this lovely quiet complex. A nice clean studio with on site cafe that makes fresh food to order and a short taxi ride to El Gouna were there are shops and restaurants. The owner is always contactable and goes out of his way to help with anything. Would highly recommend.
