I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2018, not used too much only 5880 km, the brake pedal became soft. I book an appointment and they took the car and they told me we changed the brake fluid, I tested the car but a little better but not like before, and the answer was all the car like that, which not true, because I am an old Jeep User for a long time.

Good and clean waiting area, Service time is reasonable, but they were dishonest as I was servicing the 20,000 km service and they told me at the reception the expected cost and time required but when I got my car I found that they didn't change the air filter and the AC filter although they have to be changed in this service as there is shortage in it in their stores at that time and I have to call back after a week or so to ask if they are available and when available I have to come back again and wait again to change them. I believe this is an unacceptable attitude and they should have not accept reservation for service by phone first and again at the service center as they are incapable to perform it.
They are honest , they told me that I have a recall and changed the part free of charge. On the other hand the prior service center didn't mention the recall at all !!
