Bought glasses here. After a month or so leg broke. No willingness of shop to try and fix or listen even though I was willing to pay to fix . Zero customer service grand mall branch - change of staff suggested if you want to stay in business

In my experience getting glasses there, the staff were professional. The glasses were ready in a timely manner. Haven't had any problems with the frames I bought or the lenses. They also take some health plans.
