Our Services: 1-Team Professional Coaching: It is based on Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI) which focuses on the relationship entity that exists among the humans in that system. This program will help in the development of a powerful sense of team spirit which enhances organizational climate, productivity, and retention. It allows your team to be more resilient, positive and fearless in the face of conflict. Individuals will be more engaged, inspired and adept at navigating politically charged situations. 2-Coaching for Managers Program: It serves as an introductory program, which takes the managers through a coaching experience to allow them to learn what is coaching and how to coach their subordinates. This program aims to transfer coaching skills from the coach to the managers through coaching them, reflecting with them and role-playing. It's an interactive program rather than a theoretical one. 3-Individual Professional Coaching: A relationship between the coach and the coachee in the form of one-to-one sessions to take the coachee to where they want to be in regard to the corporate goals & the client's personal growth!
