We ordered 2 shower cabinets in august, now its the last week of October and we didn’t get nothing, we came to hurghada from the UK twice mostly to finish furnishing our villa in soma bay, every thing is done except the cabinets, I went twice to talk to someone regarding the issue and every time they assured me it will be installed the same week and of course nothing happened, now I’m in there mercy cause I paid and I don’t have my order. This kind of behavior and deceiving makes me not recommending or deal with this company again. Finally we received the order on the 25th of October and surprise surprise they send us the wrong frame for the master bedroom bathroom, we ordered chrome frame they sent us a white one. I really don't understand how this company do business, now probably we have to wait another 2 months to replace if we are lucky. Never again.
