ZILL NIAZI

It's a big mall with a nice floor plan but the shops are not of a standard. There are a couple of cafes but no food court. The shops in the back alley are ignored. This mall is badly overshadowed by Cairo Festival City Mall which is just 10 minutes away and offers everything. This mall has a gym but no cinema. Hence, nothing to attract a crowd that is not there to shop.

Although it was planned to be a high end mall with top notch brands, currently it offers outlet stores that offer brands for less. Also they have a nice turkish bath (hamam sultan). The mall lacks the housekeeping specially in the toilets. Overall not bad for people seek basic goods and grocery with a small kids area and some boothes.

The place is really nice and includes a lot of high end brands outlets , location is very accessible.

Got Carrefour medium size, some basic shops and furniture shops. However the main attractive destination is Hamam elsultan. A cool relaxing place to get with friends, have a massage and enjoy the steam together. However the mall itself is usually empty.

Easy to find and nearby everything, not much options when it comes to the stores over there. Needs improvement in management as this place could be way more than that
