Honest, capable and pleasant to deal with - the right combination for an LBS (Local Bike Shop). I bought a used Orbea 20 Sport at a reasonable price, he switched the front and back brakes (why is it opposite here to the rest of the world?), sold me a decent helmet and I am happy.
