Great pizza but the place is tiny and you can't find seats easily

Amazing delicious taste of both papa john's Super Papa pizza and the Shrimp pizza and the potato wedges are sweet and melting in mouth with the sauce.
I like Papa John's pizza but from this branch it didn't taste that good. The service was unprofessional. I had to wait for my pizza very long time although the restaurant was empty!
Disregarding the wrong order that has been taken from the waitress. The order took so long to be served. The appetizers should be served before the pizza but otherwise happened. There was no paying method using a MasterCard or VISA. There is no bathroom and tissues were not enough. The pizza was tasting good as always from Papa Johns but I’d love it in slices much more. I don’t want to waste more time cutting them.

I had a very bad experience yesterday, I made an order then i received a call that Mall of Arabia branch cancelled the order as the oven is not working, I asked them to be served from any other Papa Johns branch but they refused. I called customer service but they had same reply an they confirmed the same. I made another order with another company that respect their clients more. Yesterday my daughter with 2 other friends were at same Mall of Arabia Papa Johns, waiters there left them for more than 30 minutes without replying to their request to be served, at the end they had to leave because Papa Johns staff do not care for their guests. It is a shame to have such branch and employees, did not expect such treatment from international company. Really disappointed.
Papa John's is one of the best restaurants I've been to, very clean, nice friendly staff, & great pizza. It's family friendly & a nice place to have dinner with friends.
