Ufficio autorizzato a rilasciare visti agli stranieri. Il palazzo non è tra i più accoglienti, ma i dipendenti per fortuna sono disponibili e parlano uno stentato inglese. Le scarse indicazioni dei cartelli sono in un approssimato inglese.
