Good hospital. Organised transfer from a hotel to the hospital and back to the hotel. We waited about 30 minutes after call to insurance company. A doctor helped to solve all the questions and problems with 2 y.o. girl. Hotels also provided all needed medicines.

We were waiting with my daughter for 1 hour! Because the first-local people. If you're tourist-you will be the last one whom doctor invite! They love to humiliate foreigners (((( Don't go to this hospital and Egypt!

I would like to tell about the worst experience that you can go through while you are waiting for a doctor to disclose when they inform you that your appointment is 8 hours. After more than two hours have passed, you discover that you have 7 other patients before you, Not interested in people's time or obligations. I decided to share this bad experience for people whom want to know about this wretched service royal hospital Update: me , my wife and my son was in hospital till now 12:45 AM and I have seen the disclose list to confirm that two from patient entered to the doctor before me even their name after.

A friend from USA had a surgery on her broken ear, doctor did excellent work on her. I trully recommend this hospital to any foreigners. I am a foreigner and this hospital is the only one i trust in all Egypt, it's very clean and very nice people work there.

I visited this clinic with my 1 year old son suffering from rotavirus during our Christmas holidays in Hurgada. We got a good service, however pills that a doctor provided not only were not helpful for the illness, but also could have been harmfully (antibiotics for virus infection)
