Big "missunderstanding" at the first meeting (with representative of the agency, Nasser Rizsk) about the whole Luxor program. We (more than 12 people including older couple in the group) were promised sightseeing of all the three temples and we got nothing of that. They didn't tell us on time that we needed to use only Egyptian money , we were informed about it 5 minutes before the trip started, because of that we could not buy the tickets, the tour guide didn’t accept euros so we were waiting in the bus the whole time. Also, the time management of the guide was bad, the trip was supposed to start at 4:10am but it started around 5:10am, the tour guide increased 30 mins for the other temple visit so the last one was only 20mins and it costed us 10euros, HE SAID THAT the visit is going to be only 20mins after we paid for the ticket. Representative of the agency did not help with resolving the problem even though he saw our calls and messages on Viber. Other people had same problems with the agency in Cairo just the day before. WE WAITED WHOLE DAY AT THE BUS FOR 52 10(20min visit) for the temple, EMBARRASSING!!!

Do not trust this agency, had the same problem as other people that wrote reviews, they charged a lot and tricked us in the same way as they did other people that wrote a bad review here and did not fix the issue actually the representative of the skymax laughed at our faces when we were saying that he tricked us,I recommend muhammed - nur travel he is really professional and cheap and actually care about your safety, serbia be careful
The tourist guide trowed us out of the bus in the midle of nowhere to wait the froup alone (3 of us) because we didn't want to pay the tickets to enter the parking lot of the temple, but when we were paying the trip they told us that tickets are inclueded.. Skymax is bunch of hustlers and con artists, watch out, dont let them trick you as they did with us!
Skymax is a real Tourism School its honorable serving on its behalf for 4 years..
Bad organization. They took our money for nothing. One big scam and a shame!!!!!!!!!
Embarrassing. The worst agency ever. Worst agency representative and equally bad tour guide. Shame!!! You tricked us!
