Good products but NO SPARE PARTS, BE CAREFUL! I went to visit them to fix my bag wheels and they didn’t have spare parts, they said they will call me but they never did.

ماركة الحقائب مشهورة وغنية عن التعريف. الاسعار مرتفعة نسبيا ولكن بالمقارنة مع نوعية وجودة الحقائب تعتبر الاسعار مقبولة. لديهم خدمة ممتازة لما بعد البيع وعندهم إمكانية الصيانة . عندهم تشكيلة مميزة من المعروضات ولكن فرع كايرو فيستيفال في التجمع الخامس أكبر ولديه تشكيلة أوسع من المعروضات.

سامسونج ماركة مشهورة يصعب تقليدها. ولكن ، اشتريت ثلاثة شنط من سمسونيت اونلاين على أن استلم فى خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل. مر ثمانية عشر يوما. وأرسل لهم رسائل واعمل محادثه مع خدمة العملاء دون جدوى !!!
