The place is a small, air conditioned shop with a front desk and a back door behind this front desk. Only one employee in the front desk and many many employees getting in and out of the back door. People are not polite and not professional in dealing with customers. They used to put the blame on you ..... while they say that the "system was down" for 2 days. This company calls you from a "don't replay" line and they blame you that " we called you and you did not respond". Services are very slow to be done and it took me .ore than 4 days to exchange the screen. Finally they should clarify that this company is not Samsung company and they have their separate crew and contact number

Really didn't like the service they give. They are trying hard to put the blame on the client so he pays for the maintenance or repair. The poor Samsung service is one of the reasons I am not going to buy any more products from them.
