It was frustreting. Last year, I bought two pairs of very good quality shoes online from them but I was surprised today to hear that they stopped offering men's shoes at all. It was strange that there weren't varieties of the ladies models because most of them were almost similar that my wife didn't like most of them. I also realized that they have raised the prices too much. The strangest thing that they couldn't provide her size at the ones she chose. They have to reconsider their policy and come back to their previous quality of everything.
