i would like to return to this place. this hotel has offered superb service and i left delighted after spending ten days here. Service people are very kind and helpful. food is amazing and the hotel and rooms are very clean. i would like to put emphasis on the beach. the coral reefs are amazing and water is so clean you can see everything. i would like to bring my family here again

Beautiful hotel with great view, BUT, food ... My advice to owner/ administration of the hotel - improve food/ menu in your hotel, in another case you just will lost a lot of tourists. A lot of negative feedback about food... Also, it would be better if you provide better menu for children!
A 4, but has plenty of things going for it - modern, clean, well maintained rooms, common areas and pools. Staff are diligent and offer good service - especially if you’re happy to tip (little and often works best I found). Food is always the big issue at an All Inclusive Hotel, and there’s a lack of A la Carte restaurants open - just Italian and Arabic... the main buffet is plentiful with quite a variety of options, but generally is not particularly good quality.
Good place with the best coral reef in Sharm el Sheikh! Good and friendly staff. There are rooms with real see view and jacuzzi! I suggest you try this.
It was pleasure to stay here for one week. Very nice beach with wooden sun beds. A lot of different pools, especially one which almost on rooms balcony. Service and welcome feeling were on the top. Everybody whom you see from staff, they are smiling and trying to keep your stay pleasant. So, I would like to return there some day

Amazing wokation 2020 We were in December 2020. The room was large and bright. Everything is very clean, new furniture and a beautiful view of the pool. The staff were really professional. We had much fun with animation team!) Food was really tasty, no one goes hungry. Thanks for this great time, we will come back 100%!
