Swimming pool and gym are excellent, the spa is not worth your money. I paid 70 pounds to use the sauna and was treated very badly, there is no drinking water and you have to pay an extra 140 pounds to use the steam room and jacuzzi. Staff do not know what they are doing and misuse the equipment. It looks like madinaty is trying to make the most out of what they have however they don’t know how to hire the right people. It’s a shame that the spa ruined the whole experience
