Substandard Service In few points : - they don't arrive on time (EVER) - they charge you more than Uber bus and careem for a far lesser, far poorer quality - customer service reply to you with orchestrated replies either non related or doesn't solve the problem - Drivers are also substandard to a service that is supposed to be pristine - In the end they just don't care
