I had performed FTP for the 2nd time, and it was super great, the instructors are kind, and the environment is awesome.
Tbh they’ve got the facilities But the coaches aren’t that professional I feel like they’re still in college and the admins are good But facilities without a good coach equal nothing
Its small but trainers and machines are very good
Brilliant concept that it's based upon. High tech equipment. Fitness tests that were not available in Egypt... tidy and clean lockers room.. facility has both a gym area, aerobics and spinning halls..
Great place for athletes
By far the best gym in the area, friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, clean place and the equipments are advanced as well.
