since i received an sms on 7th of Nov, which is 10 days ago, that a delivery will be sent to me , nothing has been sent and i keep tracking with no feed back, the hotline is not answering ???????!!!!!!!!!!

no one answer the tel. no on your home page and your service is not acceptable,,,, you gave an appointment today to deliver the credit card from 12-14:00hrs no one show up till now And even no one calls to apologize for the delay????????? ,,,,this is not acceptable and the land line is out of service,, Mobil no no one reply?????????????? i don't know which kind of service ?????????????
