El-Arabbeya for Integrated Industries Co., commercially known as UNISTAR, is an Egyptian company that originated in 1997 and that now specializes in energy solutions. Throughout its history, UNISTAR has valued its employees’ loyalty and its customers’ needs. UNISTAR was previously known as ARINCO and it was established with a specialization in design and manufactory of electrical devices and equipment, incorporating the latest technologies in all products. After years of development, we reached our current position in providing energy solutions in the following fields: efficient lighting, renewable solar energy & its applications and metering systems and this is how we managed to reach our current status: • 2001: UNISTAR changed its direction from electrical lights to efficient lighting solutions, by starting producing energy saving lamps and electronic ballast, according to the international standard and using the most advanced testing equipment. • 2007: UNISTAR gained the Quality Management System Certificate ISO9001/2000 • 2008: UNISTAR gained the Egyptian Standard Mark (ES) in the production of the electronic ballast for the commercial market, alongside with starting energy saving projects for the government. • 2009: UNISTAR gained the Occupational Health & Safety Management Standard 180001/2007. • 2010: UNISTAR gained the Egyptian Standard Mark (ES) in the production of the energy saving lamps. • 2011: UNISTAR started working on the LED lamps as part of the efficient lighting solutions. • 2013: UNISTAR started working on the renewable solar energy and its applications by designing and installing the systems. • 2014: UNISTAR gained a qualification certificate from the New & Renewable Energy Authority under the Egyptian Ministry of Electricity in the field of renewable solar energy. • 2015: UNISTAR started working on the metering systems by producing the meters and designing & installing their corresponding systems.
