I tried calling them a lot and they don't answer. They have to develop the customer service
like
do NOT use this airline. they are dealing like a scam companies not like airline!!! I lost all my family's tickets because i did not have Schengen visa for transit & they refused to refund the ticket and they did not have alternative with one stop in Europe!! . You will be surprised how this people can take your money without any consideration for things out of your hand.
Need to develop the call customer service
Lost my bag and did not have it even after 7 days(till now), alitalia ruined my trip

محدش بيرود علي التليفون كل ٢ سنه يغيروا المقر بتاعهم ويغيروا التليفونات بس هما الافضل لو رايح اي مدينه في ايطاليا
